so many things on the agenda today. oh, and a shout out to my girl brook. she gave birth to her first child sunday afternoon at 12:48am. in typical southern tradition, the baby's name is Samantha Lenn and she was born 8lbs 3ozs after only three hours of labor. she is the first girl child in my little group of high school friends. i can't wait to nuzzle her soft skin, and from what i've heard she has a mop of brown curls... sounds like what i had planned for javi. though, i'm working on the curls. that boy's hair will be curly if i have to work at it forever. don't worry though, i'm not gonna give him a perm! okay, i'm off to start checking things off my list...
